About the $500,000 Campaign

Although the major portion of the $15.5 million required for this state-of-the-art facility has been secured, a $500,000 gap exists that necessitates public support for fundraising if this dream is to be realized.

Filling this "Opening Day" gap creates an unusual opportunity for local citizens to contribute toward enabling the launch of the new Redwood Shores Library with a book collection furnished to a level that Redwood Shores not only needs and deserves but also honors generations of users well into the future.

We are seeking gifts of all sizes.  Gifts made "In Memory of" or "In Honor of" will be recognized appropriately.

All contributors will be recognized in The Bookmark and The Pilot, the regular publications of the Library Foundation and Redwood Shores Community Association.

Gifts of $1,000 and up will be listed on a permanent Donor Wall located in the lobby of the Library in the following categories:
